Cancellation Policy

At Medi-Spa 28, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of care, treatments, and patient safety. As a small business, we kindly ask our patients and clients to understand that a “Failure to Attend” or last-minute cancellation can be difficult to manage.

Our treatments and services are carefully regulated, fairly and competitively priced, and come with the robust overheads required to maintain a safe and professional service.

For this reason, we must charge 50% of the full treatment cost for any missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Consultations and Patient Care

  • New Patients:

    All new patients are informed that your consultation fee is offset against any treatment if you decide to proceed. A cooling-off period is also deemed good practice, as this ensures patient safety by providing time for reflection after:

    • A comprehensive medical history is taken

    • Information is fully provided

    • A thorough Q&A opportunity is given

  • Existing Patients:

    Existing patients do not require this process, as you are re-checked at each visit and can therefore book directly for treatment.
