FACETITE
WHAT IS FACETITE?
FaceTite is a minimally invasive treatment that uses radiofrequency energy alongside fat reduction techniques to tighten and contour the face. The procedure begins with the application of a local anaesthetic to ensure comfort. A small incision is then made, allowing a specialised probe to be placed beneath the skin.
This probe delivers controlled radiofrequency energy, which gently heats and breaks down unwanted fat cells. At the same time, the liquefied fat is carefully removed through suction. In addition to fat reduction, the radiofrequency energy stimulates the deeper layers of the skin, encouraging collagen production.
As collagen levels naturally decline with age, the skin can lose firmness and elasticity. By promoting collagen renewal, FaceTite helps improve skin tone, smoothness, and overall firmness, resulting in a more refined and youthful appearance.
Areas Suitable for FaceTite
FaceTite is most commonly used to treat the lower face, including the cheeks, jawline, and chin. It is also considered safe and effective for tightening the neck, offering noticeable results without the need for extensive surgery.
RECOVERY AND RESULTS
FaceTite is usually performed as a day procedure, allowing you to return home the same day. Although downtime is minimal, it is recommended that someone accompanies you or drives you home. Most people experience only a short recovery period, often resuming normal activities and returning to work within a couple of days.
In the days following treatment, the skin may begin to feel firmer and appear smoother. Results continue to improve gradually, with the final outcome becoming more noticeable over the following months. As with any cosmetic treatment, results can vary between individuals, and follow-up appointments are advised if you have any concerns or wish to discuss further options.
