Celebrating crackdown on unsafe procedures
At Medi-Spa 28, your wellbeing has always been at the heart of everything we do in our CQC Regulated Clinic. That’s why we’re thrilled to share that our Clinic Director, Barbara, recently joined forces with Stafford MP Leigh Ingram to celebrate new measures cracking down on unsafe cosmetic procedures.
This is a huge step forward for our industry – and something we’ve been passionate advocates of from day one.
Far too often, patients have been put at risk by unregulated treatments. With these new changes, we’re moving closer to ensuring that everyone who chooses medical aesthetic care receives it in a safe, professional, and trusted environment.
At Medi-Spa 28, we’re proud to be part of this positive change.
Our Clinic Director, Barbara said:
‘‘For years we’ve seen people come to us after experiencing botched procedures elsewhere. In one serious example, a young woman from Stafford nearly lost her life after a botched cosmetic injection by someone with no medical training left her rushing to A&E in sepsis. These new rules will help stop that from happening and are a big step forward.”
“I’m proud to be working with Leigh on this, and I’m so pleased to see real change that will protect the public and raise standards across our industry.”
At Medi-Spa 28, patient safety, ethical practice, and clinical excellence have always been at the heart of what we do.
